I wasn't sure even though I am not european but I voted anyway.
You cannot vote for your country, in my case the country I voting from.
I liked Serbia one very much.
Hope they will win.

Royal!!

Just walking around my area around 6 pm GMT when I noticed one of the pubs are fully packed in and out, so went to check what is happening.
It turned out to be French gathering to celebrate the election results.
So I looked at the LCD and it was showing Royal smiling, so I asked one of the people standing there and I said "Did Royal win?"
I got this answer, "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon" in a very aggressive way.
I didn't think anyway when I asked the second question, "Sarkozy", off course, who else.
Well congrats to Sarkozy, however, I believe that all politicians suck but at least we could've had a good looking and cute one!!!!

And now he made it to UK biggest newspaper

I told you about my cousin's expeditions company into the desert.
Well, today there are a two pages about his company and a trip he arranged for the journalist Robert Twigger. The report appeared on "Sunday Times" the biggest UK newspaper.
I am super proud of him.

What a feeling!

It feels great after almost 4 days of only drinks to have a veg soup.
I am not sure if I am feeling better or not, it will take time to realize if there is any change.
From what I read, all the bed stuff should have been gone out of my body.

For now, I am enjoying my hot soup.

Cleansing Fast

Gals and Guys, I am on Cleansing fast for the last 4 days.
I am cleaning my colon and flushing all the toxins from my body.
I will tell you how it went after I am done (it is not hard but not that easy either).

Viva Espanya

It has been a while since I blogged anything and I have a good reason one of them of course being lazy and I have been in Spain for over 2 two weeks now.
Just came back and I have lots and lots of stories to tell you about.
I will start by the airport! When I landed and looked outside the window I wasn't sure if I landed in an ordinary airport or a museum of modern arts.
I walked in and I was surprised and shocked how big that giant building was!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is huge, huge to the point that to get from the gate I arrived at to the point where I should collect my luggage I had to take four escalators up then walk for few minutes, train to the other side, another set of escalators and walk again for few minutes.
I was posted there that it takes over 22 minutes to get from the gate to the luggage area!!!

Barajas Madrid Airport

Funniest day ever!!

I am in a city called Linkoping, pronounced Linshipping!!
I was told the bus will take me from downtown to where I want to go and it is the last stop any way, so I didn't have to bother to where is my stop.
The bus kept on dropping people off at different stops, until I saw the company I am visitng, however, it is a huge company, so I didn't know which stop it is and it is the last one anyway so the bus should stop.
To my surprise, the bus here doesn't stop at the last stop and wait, just kept on going!!! I thought if there a single passenger there that means he has to stop!!! No, it doesn't work that way here (at least that was my experience).
So, the bus kept on driving without stopping to downtown again, so I paid 20kr for a ride around town!! interesting.

Then, I arrived to the company and ask for the person I am supposed to meet up with which I met the day before. The front desk lady called some one else with the same name and he came to pick me up, I thought the person I am suppose to meet up send him to pick me up. However, that guy came and told me, we do have a lot of visitors everyday but I am not expecting you, what do you want to do!!!!

Again, I managed to meet up with the person I am suppose to meet.

On my way back to the hotel, the front desk asked the taxi to drive to my hotel, 20mins later, I am at a different hotel, it turned out that there are two hotels with same name very close to the train station!!!

I am still doing okay, and alive, the temp was with wind chill around -20c.
I am having a blast!!!!!

I am in Linkoping

I know, I travel a lot in my job, but this is the first time I am in a new city "Linkoping" that I haven't been before in the last 6 months!!! I guess this is a record!!
It is couple of hours away south of Stockholm.
I took the train, it was like wonderland, everywhere is white, just vast land covered with snow.
I saw a city called Katrinholm, so, I guess holm means something, but I didn't get a clear answer when I asked.
I arrived at night, so all I saw so far, train station and the hotel, keep you posted tomorrow.

And yes, I can fly away, not really fly but I am sure I feel lighter, no knee problems any more.
I have to say it is a different scale than the one I was using back in London but at least it gives me indication of my weight.

I did my best but you have to give me credit that I am still on restricted diet, so my Glycogen
level gets low faster than when I am on regular diet.
Anyway, I managed to finish in around 46 mins.
I have to say my new GPS Garmin watch helped me big time.
I will work on improving my time.

I was planning to see Borat movie with my brother but the show was sold out, so we decided to watch Babel.
Man, you got to see it.

I don't know why!!

I didn't really feel like updating the blog lately.
I am in Canada now as I will stay here until xmas time.
Just move to my new place, buying basic stuff for now.
The most important thing of course is the Kitchen. I bought everything I need for the kitchen.
I am already up and running, cooking and having nice meals.
Last weekend, we had Santa Parade in downtown Vancouver. I didn't have my Camera on me as I was not allowed to carry than one piece of luggage when you fly from Europe, so I preferred to leave my camera behind.
I had very two weeks busy at work as my manager left and I got a piece of the pie and I had to learn how to do that part.
I am still working out, running, and eating.
I am seeing a physiotherapist and personal trainer to fix parts of my body, I have a very weak core muscles. I hope I can strengthen that part ASAP.

What a feeling!!!

For those who use the machines in the GYM will understand when you are asked for you weight.

I think I did it, yes I really did it

I am talking about half marathon, that is 21 KM.
I just kept running, running and running.
I came back and checked google earth and it turned out to be the half marathon.
The time was 1 hour and 54 mins or 114 minutes.
And if you don't believe me, ask my knees.
